WMS Leader


Main Responsibilities:

• Master capabilities of systems to determine how business requirements are fulfilled

• Develop technical and soft skills of team to deliver IT projects

• Conduct process/system design sessions to fulfill business requirements

• Manage vendors and external partners during the delivery of support or new functionalities

• Deeply understands PM methodologies for a successful execution during the delivery of IT projects

• Coordinate and follow up resources during design, test and go live phases

• Assume the role of IT POC for external customers for new requests and high priority issues

• Provide internal/external visibility during projects and escalates when necessary

• Develop operations resources as system Super Users to assure technology is adopted and used as designed other.



Job Activities (included but not restricted to):


• Establish productive business relationships with customers, business partners, and vendors

• Conceptualize solutions across multiple applications and/or platforms

• Create project work plans

• Use of project administration processes including project initiation, labor tracking, status reporting, and basic project capital / expense tracking

• Vendor coordination and management skills in the context of planning for overall project delivery; able to individually coordinate multiple IT groups either in-house, customer, or third party

• Complete and/or coordinate the completion of all project components to meet customer satisfaction

• Ensure overall project success

• Coordinate, communicate, and develop detailed requirements in conjunction with the business

• Assess project risks and develop timely, proactive plans to mitigate risk factors

• Apply system development methodologies for custom and package application projects

• Provide direction, training, and decision support to project staff

• Leverage the competencies of project associates to enhance project quality and accelerate results

• Recognize and manage staff diversity, performance and or personality conflicts

• Assist others in the completion of assignments through knowledge sharing

• Apply understanding / knowledge of IT infrastructure components networks, platforms, and operating systems

• Delivers with moderate to little day to day supervision from IT management

Requisitos

Bachelor in Systems Engineering

Home Office

Experience at 3PL, Logistics, or Distribution Centers
