We are looking for a Analytical, Creative and dynamic Product Marketing Manager with experience in the follow duties:
Analyze market and discover needs
Evaluate market fit
Engage with business and operation areas to establish processes for new products
Create a Market needs document and Business Case for each new product, ensure product profitability
Identify and analyze market trends in terms of digital experience and establish its fit in Elements processes, drive initiatives and release enhancements to customer experience
Create campaign content for social media, copywriting, and blogs.
Launch/ Enhancement Plans, working with PR, digital Marketing teams
For launched products, develop ecosystems to support the overall offer working closely with Sourcing
For non-core products, continuously analyze pricing and benchmark in order to set up the adequate price point for Element’s services
Commercial support for customer demos or technical meetings
Xcelerate usage metrics (internal & external)
Converting opps into SWO and keeping existing customer loyal (adoption models and add-on purchases (SOW)
Requisitos
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Administration, Communication, Strategic Marketing or similar, Masters Degree is a plus
At least 4-5 years as Product Marketing- Product Manager, Campaigns Manager, Product Specialist
Experience in financial, leasing or automotive sector
Metrics and dashboards creation and tracking
Strong financial analysis skills
Experience in Product launches
Experience in develop product assets, campaigns, and create content
Experience and knowledge in digital products
Experience with mobile app products
International experience in world class companies is a plus
