The Marketing Specialist will help drive/support key marketing initiatives across a dynamic car and truck fleet management business. Activities will span lead generation, campaigns management, operational execution, and ROI calculation. This person will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

As Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing, sales and business development teams to find ways to market our company and its offerings.


Responsibilities

·        Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns: email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.

·        Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

·        Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

·        Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and prospect reconnaissance that contribute our go-to-market strategy.

·        Partner with the sales effectiveness team on prospect targeting and lead cultivation activities.

·        Identify gaps and opportunities in the end-to-end customer experience to enhance customer conversion and retention rates.

·        Help develop marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

Requisitos

Requirements

·        Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Administration

·        +3 years in Marketing activities: marketing campaigns, marketing data analysis (campaign results, conversion rates), market research, in companies offering financial services, automotive services will be a plus

·        Experience in digital marketing platforms/marketing automation tools is a must. Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein Analytics desirable

·        Experience in Account Base Marketing and demand generation strategies

·        Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.

·        High proficiency in Excel or any other database analysis software

·        Advanced English level.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
