Demand planning and Customer Service. Billingual
Main Responsabilities:
Manage the customer's order cycle - Order To Cash (from order entry to payment) on the date and quantity requested to meet the customer's needs and ensure the achievement of the contracted goals
· Manage the evolution of sales with a focus on achieving sales targets (NET Sales).
· Manage the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle with the participation of internal areas (Sales, SCM, Finance, and Marketing) in a collaborative manner with customers to reduce costs in the supply chain and generate greater profitability in the Company-Customer partnership.
Assisting the Sales and Business Development Department in making decisions, by analyzing management information, at various company levels and preparing and reporting short, medium, and long-term forecast projections for the AM-N cluster
· Ensure that the processes in the area comply with SOX rules.
· Responsible for the demand planning of AM-N, in order to define security stocks of finished product and production blocks aligned with the PCP.
· Responsible for the AM-N region in developing projects with the global team related to Demand Planning and Customer experience, be a sponsor in the Supply Chain pillar, contributing to the company's global strategy of planning and customer service processes.
